Urethane International, LLC, a Georgia based company, was organized on August 29, 2001 to provide lightweight tire “flatproofing” solutions to customers worldwide. Our proprietary Superlight Safety Foam FillTM is formulated for Urethane International by Textile Rubber & Chemical Company, Dalton, Georgia and weighs 2/3rds less than traditional polyurethane tire fills. For example, a typical 4.80/4.00 -8 wheelbarrow tire would take just 6 pounds of our fill compared to 20 or more pounds of traditional polyurethane tire fills. Unlike the old, heavy, petroleum oil filled traditional tire fills, Superlight Safety Foam FillTM does not contain any oils or other chemicals that can leach into sensitive environmental areas such as your property, your neighbors property, a drain or stream or landfill.
Urethane International, LLC has also developed the patented processes and equipment needed to properly fill new and used tires. Our FLATPROOF TIRETM product offerings include new tire and wheel assemblies prefilled in most popular lawn and garden equipment sizes. Our dealers can also fill your used tires if they are clean and dry. Or you can purchase a FLATPROOFING dealership from us to fill your customers tires locally.
