Our flatproof tires are standard tire and wheel assemblies that we fill with a light weight, flexible and durable closed cell foam. The performance of our closed cell foam filled tires is as close to a pneumatic tire as you can get in a filled tire. Our lightweight foam fill weighs 1/3rd that of traditional polyurethane fills. This low amount of additional weight does not cause rutting of the turf and is much easier on the equipment than the old, heavy petroleum oil base tire fills.

The Superlight Safety Foam Fill^TM in our Flatproof Tires^TM is a flexible closed cell foam and does not contain any petroleum oils that could leach or leak out to contaminate a dealers property, a neighbors property, a drain or stream or landfill. UI has had independent labs test and confirm that our Superlight Safety Foam Fill^TM is safe for disposal in all municipal solid waste landfills. This means that our new lightweight foam fill can be simply disposed of with your normal trash.

Our unique lightweight foam filled tires have been field tested on lawnmower casters and drive wheels, 12 x 16.5" tires on skid steers and 14 x 24" tires on loaders for more than 2 years. Operators report that our foam filled tires ride like air and are much easier on the operators, equipment and turf than traditional fills. By controlling the amount of foam injected into the tire, our foam fill can be soft enough to simulate the ride quality of a 25 PSI tire on lawn maintenance equipment or firm enough to hold up under the demanding conditions found in the construction and demolition industries.
